“Outside Influence” Group Exhibition Opens 4/26 in Louisville, Kentucky

I’m excited to be part of this group exhibition called OUTSIDE INFLUENCE presented by Guerilla One & ‌Artists for Trauma next week at Common Gallery on Wednesday, 4/26! After the mass shooting that happened recently, I’m devastated for the victims, their families, and the entire community of Louisville. In conjunction with the group show, I will also be working on a mural of Muhammad Ali based on a photo by Ali’s “personal photographer,” Howard L. Bingham. I believe art is a tool of healing and peace so I hope the mural I’ll be painting of Muhammad Ali, a United Nations Messenger of Peace, will serve the moment as well as encourage thoughtful reflection about peace and Ali’s ideals into the future. I look forward to my time in Louisville as an opportunity to share ideas and have important conversations with members of the community. Hope to see you there!
